An identity system design for Flash:Light, a free public arts festival in New York City; the event represented a new platform for artists working in light, sound, performance, and projection art to transform an iconic New York City neighborhood – Bowery Street – into a spectacular nocturnal environment of temporary, site-specific public art. We created an identity system based on a morphing city-grid that changes its perimeter and angle in response to different media platforms.
